Activity Report
| In accordance with Art. 23 (4) SESTA, the Swiss Takeover Board reports to FINMA, its supervisory authority, on its activities once a year. For this purpose, the Takeover Board compiles an activity report which is adopted by the plenary board (Art. 3 (2)(c) R-TOB). The Takeover Board publishes the activity report, following its approval by FINMA, on its website in German and French. |
